First thing the coach here did was make me snatch. First thing he pointed out was my ankle flexibility. Within 3 reps he realised it. Made me stretch and then continue each set with stretching first. Worked with 40kg for 1 hour tweaking position.

He kept on pushing my shoulders back and hips forward. He repeatedly told me to keep my shoulders high and active when receiving. Once i got that, he pushed my hips all the way forwars till my weight was on the ball of my foot.

Felt so stable, even though he wiggled me around, i could resist.

Thoughts...many of mine were challenged. A lot of my former coach's cues and instructions which made no sense for years were clarified. Much better clarity.
